You may return / Exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-returnable items:
Worn or damaged products.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Underwear or innerwear for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice).
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to credit in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We allow size or color exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. If the desired size/color is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
In case of a defective or wrong product, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup for exchange/replacement will be delivered in 3 business days
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this, the order may already be in process and cannot be cancelled.
