1. Returns

You may return / Exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Worn or damaged products.

• Items marked as Final Sale.

• Underwear or innerwear for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice).

• Refunds may take 5-7 business days to credit in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We allow size or color exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. If the desired size/color is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• In case of a defective or wrong product, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup for exchange/replacement will be delivered in 3 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this, the order may already be in process and cannot be cancelled.
